Sampling and Transport Procedures
To ensure sample integrity, Pollutech has supplied specific instructions for the collection, handling, and transportation of toxicity samples. A chain of custody form is completed by the sample collector, and follows the sample to the laboratory establishing the trail from the field to the laboratory.
It is highly recommended prior to shipment of samples that you contact our toxicity testing laboratory manager at 519-339-8787 to confirm your testing requirements, the anticipated schedule and shipment/transport logistics. Depending on your toxicity testing requirements a specific lead time may be required to ensure the appropriate test organism life stage is available for the scheduled sample arrival.
